This case uses the patient’s four remaining teeth to fabricate a telescopic overdenture. The four teeth act like implants for a fraction of the cost to hold the denture in place. Should anything happen to a tooth, it can be easily modified in the future. This is a great example of how we can work with even just a few teeth to make something that is comfortable and should last a long time with minimal maintenance.
