With only three lower teeth in good enough condition to use, a lower telescopic overdenture was made using the two canines like implants for a fraction of the cost. The final partial looks like a locator denture and snaps in with excellent friction. Should any of the teeth give us problems in the future, the prosthesis can be converted to an implant overdenture without starting over!
